In the future, the B.C.C. hopes to open a restaurant in the Zona Sul region of Rio de Janeiro. Part of the recovery process for clients of the B.C.C. is learning a skill that may be used to gain legal employment. Some clients that have completed the first phase of the B.C.C. program, will be given an opportunity to work in this restaurant. There, they will learn how to maintain the kitchen/customer area, serve customers, prep and cook food, and learn the many nuances of how the restaurant industry operates. Also, they will learn the importance of a diet that is properly balanced. These clients will be placed in a shared living environment and receive a monthly salary. After they have completed the six month program, the B.C.C. assists the clients to gain employment in local restaurants.
