BrasilFest 2010 was a success! Over 15,000 people braved the sweltering 90 degree temperatures and came to celebrate Brazil. The B.C.C. made some great professional contacts and people were impressed by our work. We were especially astonished by the large number of Brazilians in attendance. Thank you to our B.C.C. team for a fun event and thank you to our many supporters who were in attendance!!!

BrasilFest, celebrating 12 Years at the Seattle Center! The annual BrasilFest heated up Seattle Center with dancing, drumming, music, workshops and exhibits. The focus of BrasilFest 2010 was: Bossa-Nova.

Our Carioca umbrella raffle was a huge success! We had a drawing every hour and six lucky people walked away with a piece of Rio de Janeiro. Considering the heat, these umbrellas made great parasols and will be useful in the future to ward off Seattle's rain. Thank you for participating in our raffle and we hope to see you again at BrasilFest 2011!!!
